How it works: A few drops of breast milk onto a strip. Two minutes. Read it. Nothing plugs in and nothing gets mailed to a lab.
In the box: 15 strips, each one small and individually packaged. One fits in a wallet, a pocket or the front of a diaper bag, and that individual wrapping is what lets a single strip travel alone.
Running one: Use freshly expressed milk. Two minutes is the read window given in the instructions, and reading early or late is not the same test. One strip, one use, then discard it.
Reading it: The insert explains what the strip is showing you. Read that page before your first test, not during it. If a result leaves you unsure, your provider or a lactation consultant is the person to ask.
What this is for: A quick at-home check on a sample of your own milk. Feeding decisions are yours to make with your medical team, and guidance on alcohol and breastfeeding is worth getting from them directly.
Storage: Keep the strips sealed in their wrappers at room temperature, somewhere dry, until you are ready to use one.
